Frequently Asked Questions (COVID-19 Update)


1. Why Peacherino?

The word peacherino means someone or something that is especially attractive, liked, or enjoyed – which is exactly what we want our products to be. Our pieces are meant to add charm, blend harmoniously, and be of good use in your home. 

2. Do you do bulk orders? 

Our pieces are one-of-a-kind and available in limited quantities. Each piece is unique and comes with slight imperfections that contribute to its charm & personality.

3. How do we pay for our orders? (Updated for COVID-19)

- Due to GCQ, our only payment options are as follows:

  • Online Banking
    • BPI (QR available upon request)

- Please don’t forget to send a copy of your deposit confirmation slip to heypeacherino@gmail.com with subject "ORDER NUMBER - LAST NAME, FIRST NAME."

- Unpaid orders after 4 business days will be cancelled.

4. How do we receive our items? (Updated for COVID-19)

- Kindly expect some delivery delays due to GCQ.

- Orders may be scheduled for pick up via your chosen courier at buyer’s cost. Items will be dispatched every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

- Orders may also be delivered to your Metro Manila address with an additional fixed fee of PHP150. For orders outside of Metro Manila, PHP 200.

FOR ITEM PICK UPS:

  1. Make to send proof of payment to

    : “ORDER NUMBER - LAST NAME, FIRST NAME.”
  2. Await email confirmation for further instructions and address details.
  3. Once your order is ready for pick up, our team will be contacting you via SMS to let you know when to book.
  4. Reply to the SMS with your booking details:
  • Courier chosen
  • Rider’s name
  • Rider’s number
  • ETA
  • Book the courier!
  • FOR DELIVERY PICK UPS:

    1. Make to send proof of payment to

    2. Await email confirmation for further instructions. Deliveries will only be sent out every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
    3. Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will be contacting you via SMS to let you know the following details:
    • Rider’s name
    • Rider’s number
    • ETA
  • Await your order!
  • 5. How long is shipping lead time? (Updated for COVID-19)

    - ONLINE BANKING (BPI, BDO) and GCash: Items will be shipped out via courier every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday after balance has been settled & proof of payment has been sent to heypeacherino@gmail.com with subject "ORDER NUMBER - LAST NAME, FIRST NAME."

    6. What's your return or exchange policy? 

    - Items are typically non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 

    - Returns and exchanges due to damages will be subject to evaluation. Concerns must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

    7. Why am I not receiving my order confirmation email?

    - Please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, shoot us an email at heypeacherino@gmail.com.
